www.thesafetysuperstore.ie is an e-commerce website which specializes in clothing, footwear and accessories for the health and safety industry.
Big Wheel was hired to carry out a digital transformation, and upskilling of their highly successful retail business. The project involved the development of an e-commerce website with bespoke development capabilities to synchronise with their ERP stock management system, and ensure seamless online reconciliation between online sales and the wider offline retail business.
The project was also supported by:
- The development and execution of a digital marketing strategy via multiple channels to drive traffic and bookings on the website.
- Internal knowledge transfer to the team to ensure that the skills and knowledge to enable long-term management of the digital business were developed in-house.
